KIEFEL

KIEFEL is a vintage cafe in the underground arcade near the Hep Five Ferris wheel in Osaka, selling pudding parfait, coffee, and melon soda. The pudding parfait contains a long pastry stick and tangy fruit at the bottom, and the hamburg steak comes with demiglace and cream sauce. Smoking and non-smoking sections are separated, but smoking is allowed on weekdays and the cafe operates as non-smoking on weekends, with waits of about 10 minutes. The sections are open to each other, so cigarette smell reaches the non-smoking seats.
