Kakejiku Chaya (Tanaka Hyogu)

Kakejiku Chaya is a small shop run by the Tanaka Hyogu mounting store, located on the second basement floor of the Osaka Ekimae Daini Building in front of Osaka Station. It sells matcha ice cream and a matcha experience where you whisk your own matcha in a chosen tea bowl, served with matcha ice cream and red bean sweets. Hanging scrolls and paintings are displayed inside, along with several tea bowls. The underground passages are complicated, so finding it the first time is difficult.
