Dia-pan ( Dia Bakery ) Hanshin Umeda

Dia-pan is a bakery in the basement of the Hanshin Umeda main store that sells fruit sandwiches and savory sandwiches. The fruit and egg sandwiches are the signature items, made with moist, soft white bread filled with fruit and fresh cream or an egg filling. The display case holds tuna, shrimp, and ham sandwiches arranged in rows, making the choice difficult. The fillings are concentrated on the cut face, so the back side is sometimes empty.
