The Bar Elixir-k

The Bar Elixir-k is a bar in Kitashinchi, Osaka, serving whisky, brandy, liqueur, wine and cocktails. The first floor holds a small counter and the second floor is a party room, and the bar fills to capacity at peak times, so reservations are required. It sits in an inconspicuous spot inside Kitashinchi, which makes it hard to find at first.
