SAMBOA BAR is a whisky bar in the basement of Hilton Plaza in front of Osaka Station. It serves whisky and cocktails, including classic cocktails such as the Old Fashioned and the Manhattan. At lunch it offers a seafood curry set with salad and coffee. The interior tends to be filled with cigarette smoke.
