Festibar & Beerhall

Festiva & Beer Hall is a beer hall on the second floor of Festival Tower in Nakanoshima, Osaka, serving pasta, hamburg steak, gratin and craft beer. At lunch, diners choose a main dish and take bread, soup, rice and soft drinks from a buffet, with around five kinds of bread laid out. Around noon on weekdays, a line of about 10 people formed but seating took about 10 minutes, and orders are placed by QR code. The window seats look out over the river and its night view, and there are sofa seats along the wall.
