Dongame Osaka 3rd Building is a large izakaya in the basement restaurant floor of the Osaka Station 3 Building in Umeda, Kita Ward, Osaka. It serves charcoal-grilled chicken and grilled yellowtail as drinking snacks, along with a karaage set meal. The izakaya opens for lunch, so drinking is possible from daylight hours, and it also runs a happy hour. On weekday afternoons the seats are nearly full, with set-meal customers and daytime drinkers split about evenly.
