Craftman Umami

Craftman Umami is a brewery bar under the train tracks in Osaka. It serves beer and pizza, and at lunch you pick a main dish and add the buffet. Loud noise and vibration come each time a train passes overhead. The risotto is heavily salted and difficult to eat.
