Bar Ren is an authentic bar in the basement of a building in Nishitenma, 200 metres east of Kitashinchi. It serves brandy, whisky and cocktails, with gin and tonic and an original gin and tonic as its main drinks, along with brandy and house-made fruit cocktails. Old bottles and vintage glasses line the counter, and champagne glasses made about 100 years ago are used. The space is dark and quiet and intended for adults, so it does not suit loud group gatherings.
