Bar is a basement bar in Kitashinchi, Osaka, a short walk from Kitashinchi Station. It serves Suntory whisky and classic cocktails, with omelette and omurice as drinking snacks, and an illustrated cocktail list for beginners. The bar opened in 1961 and carries the history of Kitashinchi, which grew out of postwar liquor stalls. A counter inside is decorated with a horse rope, now rarely seen.
