Torigen Sapporo

Torigen Sapporo is a yakitori restaurant near the north exit of Sapporo Station that grills several offal parts on a single skewer, in the biburi style. Skewers can be ordered from one piece, and house-made sausage and grilled squid are also served. The restaurant fills up around 5:30 p.m., so reservations are required. Smoking is permitted inside the restaurant.
