ヒナミ

Hinami is a small bakery near the Kawaramachi-Marutamachi intersection selling croissants, meal bread, sandwiches, and burgers. The owner, a former hotel French chef, uses Awaji Island wheat, onions, and seasonal vegetables, and the croissants have a moist crumb while the Hinami burger brings out the sweetness of the onions. From 7 a.m. only takeout is sold from the display case, and from 10 a.m. customers can choose inside the store. The store is small, so only about two people can enter at a time, which can mean waiting.
