Bakery uki is a small bakery near Jingumarutamachi Station and the Kamogawa in Kyoto, selling daily bread, hard breads, croissants and sandwiches. The cream bread is filled with dense cream, and the croissant has a crisp texture with the flavor of the dough intact. One group enters the store at a time, a line forms during the day, and each person's choosing time is short. In the evening the remaining bread can drop to three to six kinds.
