Yongdaeri hwangtae haejangguk

Yongdaeri Hwangtae Haejangguk is a haejangguk restaurant next to Exit 1 of Euljiro 3-ga Station in Seoul, serving hwangtae haejangguk and hwangtae dolsot bibimbap. The haejangguk contains hwangtae, buchu, kongnamul and egg, while the bibimbap holds hwangtae and vegetables in a hot stone pot. For the hwangtae dolsot bibimbap, the rice is left to sit for about 10 seconds to form nurungji before mixing. From 11:30 during lunch hours, people wait outside the restaurant, and the broth and side dishes are seasoned strongly.
