Yeonhaejang

Yeonhaejang is a Korean restaurant in Sindang-dong, Seoul, that serves pork gopchang jeongol along with gamja jeon and aged kimchi rolls and aged kimchi gopchang bokkeumbap. The pork gopchang jeongol is topped with plenty of perilla leaf and garlic and includes glass noodles, giving soft, chewy gopchang without gaminess and a rich, clean broth. The dining room is large and comfortable, and the interior and plating are tidy. On weekdays at dinner and meal times, a wait forms.
