Yeongdeok Hoe Sikdang in Chungmuro, Seoul is an old-school restaurant specializing in mak-hoe, serving gajami and cheong-eo. The typical way to eat is to wrap the mak-hoe dressed in a house chojang in gim and seaweed, or to mix it into rice with sesame oil. The space is small, so there can be a wait after work or late in the day, and outdoor seating tables are also set up. Only a few tables are inside, so the interior is cramped.
