Yaraehyang is an old Chinese restaurant run by overseas Chinese, a two-minute walk from Exit 1 of Hoehyeon Station in Seoul. Its signature dishes are crispy tangsuyuk fried in sauce and yuniganjjajang filled with finely minced meat and onion. On a weekday at 12:40 p.m., entry was immediate with no wait, and a reservation allowed use of a second-floor room. The portion of tangsuyuk is small.
