Yaksu-dong Chimasal is a Korean grilled-meat restaurant in Seoul that serves chimasal, which is pork jowl, along with galmaegisal and ogyeopsal, plus thin old-style samgyeopsal (pork belly). Meals center on chimasal with pa muchim and banchan, and finish with kimchi gukbap or barley naengmyeon (cold noodles). The restaurant opened in 2001, and diners grill the meat themselves in a room that is neither small nor large. The meat is priced high relative to its taste.
