Xiaolian

Xiaoli & An is a Chinese restaurant near Chungmuro Station in Seoul that serves course meals, Chinese-style naengmyeon, and eohyang gaji. The eohyang gaji is crisp outside and moist inside, coated in a sauce that is sweet, salty, and mildly spicy. Meals can be eaten in private rooms, and jjajangmyeon is served immediately after ordering. At lunchtime, a crowd can form and cause a wait.
