Wooyookmi

Uyukmi is a beef restaurant in Sindang-dong, Seoul, serving T-bone, tenderloin and sirloin steaks alongside Korean rice dishes. The T-bone comes with tenderloin and sirloin attached, served with doenjang sulbap and kkakdugi bokkeumbap in a fusion style. Staff grill the meat at the table to the requested doneness and timing, and the pre-seared meat is finished on a stone plate. The sirloin has more sinew than the tenderloin and is chewier.
