Wonjo Sotttukkeong Samgyeop

This meat restaurant near Chungjeongno Station and Seoul Station grills Han-don samgyeopsal and pork collar on a sotttukkeong lid. Meat, kimchi, gosari, and kongnamul are placed on the lid together, and staff grill everything from start to finish. The pork collar is cooked crisp outside and moist inside, and the gosari is eaten after being stir-fried in the meat's fat. The side dishes come in many varieties and are served neatly.
