Wondang Gamja-tang (Pork Back-bone Stew)

Wondang Gamjatang Myeongdong 2nd Branch is a restaurant in Myeongdong that serves gamjatang (pork bone and potato stew), bone hangover soup, sundubu (soft tofu stew), and stir-fried pork. It sits next to the Myeongdong Central Post Office. The lunch menu is large, and most dishes come in ttukbaegi earthen pots, so food arrives quickly. More than half of the customers are foreign visitors, and staff are more accustomed to serving them in Chinese, while the gamjatang tastes weaker than the other dishes.
