wheat & Meat is on the first floor of Grand Central, directly in front of Seoul Station, and sells handmade burgers and sandwiches. The signature All Mighty Burger is made with a brioche bun and a beef patty, and the basil arugula jambon beurre can be ordered as well. Ordering at the kiosk brings the food out quickly, and there is a sink inside the store for washing hands along with plastic gloves on hand. A line forms at lunch, and the store fills up around 11:45 a.m.
