Usadan Kkogi

Usadan Gogi is a meat restaurant in Sindang-dong, Seoul, that grills geun-gogi over charcoal. The aged platter serves ogyeopsal, pork collar, and front leg in 600g portions, with myeongi namul, mu ssam, pa jeorim, and a house sauce on the side. The restaurant opens at 5 p.m. and has five tables, so waits are long, and the aged ogyeopsal platter is limited to four orders per day. Ssamjang and gireumjang are not provided.
