Uri Jip Kalguksu

Ourjip Kalguksu in Seoul serves only one menu item: kalguksu, knife-cut noodles in a rich anchovy broth, accompanied by geotjeori and altari mu kimchi. Customers pay in advance, then take a seat, and can order a small or large portion of noodles. Rice and gimgaru are self-serve. Business hours are short, from 11 AM to 2 PM.
