Uon So Gopchang

Uonsogopchang is a restaurant in Sindang-dong near Sindang Station in Seoul that grills Hanwoo beef gopchang. The gopchang modeum is tender and chewy without gaminess, and it comes with various sauces and side dishes along with Hanwoo yukhoe and haejangguk. The gopchang is pre-grilled before it is served, and staff grill it at the table. The dining room is furnished with wood interiors, and the gopchang is well filled with gop.
