Tteokgal Sin Naengmyeon

Tteokgal Sin Naengmyeon is a restaurant near Cheonggu Station in Seoul that serves Hamhung-style mul naengmyeon, bibim naengmyeon, and tteokgalbi. Diners can order naengmyeon with tteokgalbi on the side and choose between bibim naengmyeon and mul naengmyeon. Adding seasoning to the naengmyeon sharpens its flavor, and the tteokgalbi has a ground-meat texture like a hamburger steak. The hand mandu are made by the owner, and mandu can be ordered as a half plate.
