Ttam Ttam

Ttamttam is a Vietnamese pho shop in the basement food court of the Lotte Department Store main branch in Seoul. It serves spicy beef gopchang (grilled intestines) pho and a nourishing pho, and the spicy version comes with plenty of gopchang and meat, with the spice level adjustable from level 1. At lunchtime you must secure a seat at a shared table or at the counter around the kitchen before you can order. Even when the food arrives, seats may be unavailable, so finding a place to sit is difficult.
