Ttaengcho Gopchang

Ttaengcho Gopchang is a gopchang-gui restaurant that grills pork intestines in an alley in Hwanghak-dong, Seoul. It serves salt-grilled, vegetable, and seasoned gopchang, and a common order continues with bokkeumbap after the vegetable gopchang. The restaurant is open 24 hours, so gopchang can be eaten at dawn. Seats are scarce enough that waits of about an hour are common at 5:30 and 7 in the evening.
