Torikami

Torikami is a chicken restaurant in Jongno, Seoul, serving charcoal-grilled assorted chicken. The cuts include chicken collar meat, leg meat, anchangsal, shoulder meat, and knee cartilage, served with salt, shichimi, or a raw egg yolk sauce. It opens at 4 p.m. and does not take reservations; the restaurant can fill within 30 minutes, with an average of more than 10 groups waiting in the evening. Staff grill the meat at the start, but smoke does not clear easily indoors.
