Tongdwaejine Minari Samgyeopsal

Tongdwaejine Minari Samgyeopsal is a samgyeopsal (pork belly) restaurant in Hoehyeon-dong, Seoul, serving minari samgyeopsal alongside kimchi stew. The pork belly comes with minari stir-fried in pork fat, and the minari is eaten grilled on the pan or raw. The kimchi stew contains mushrooms, and the restaurant makes its own kimchi, which is also used for duruchigi. Ventilation is poor.
