Todam is a Korean restaurant near Dongdaemun History & Culture Park in Seoul. It serves flower crab soup, braised mackerel, samhap, and potato pancakes, and at lunch it also offers baekban. The lunch baekban comes with rice, side dishes, bean sprout soup, and grilled mackerel. Service is fast, but the staff's expressions are brusque.
