Sushikase

Sushikase is a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant on the B1 floor of the Food Avenue in the Lotte Department Store main branch in Myeongdong. You pick plates from the belt or order at a kiosk, and the chef makes the requested sushi right away, while eel and gratin are reheated before serving. The place draws enough people that a line forms in front of the seats, and the selection of sushi is not wide. Prices per plate run high.
