Sushi Hwajeong

Sushi Hwajeong is a sushi restaurant in the Bukchang-dong area of Jung-gu, Seoul, serving sashimi and sushi courses in the office buildings near City Hall. The sushi special courses move from an appetizer and four pieces of sashimi to twelve pieces of sushi, then fried dishes and soba, with a yuja-scented garnish sometimes added on top. At lunch, during the second seating or after 13:00, the Hwajeong course can be ordered as the Hwa course. The courses are on the expensive side.
