Starch is a restaurant in Euljiro that serves Canadian poutine, gambas pasta, and beer. The poutine comes as fries with sauce on the side, and the gambas pasta can be ordered as well. The space has a small hall with added decor, and poutine and beef nachos are ordered together with draft beer. Portions are large, so the poutine alone can be left unfinished.
