Spagne City Hall

Spaneu City Hall is an Italian restaurant in Sogong-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul, on the second floor directly in front of City Hall Station exits 1 and 12. It serves aglio e olio, vongole, pizza, and pasta. The aglio e olio is spicy, the vongole is clean and creamy, and the dumpling pasta is spicy. At lunch, all ordered dishes take about 20 minutes to arrive, and there is no bell with staff far away, which makes calling them inconvenient.
