Son Kalguksu · Naengmyeon

Son Kalguksu Naengmyeon is a second-floor noodle shop on the main road by Namdaemun Market and Hoehyeon Station in Seoul, serving kalguksu, naengmyeon and tteokbokki. It offers clam and chicken kalguksu and bibim naengmyeon, with house-made cabbage kimchi, cheongyang peppers and dadaegi on the side. The shop is open 24 hours and food comes out quickly, so a simple meal or drinks are possible late at night, and the mandu-guk comes with a choice of meat mandu or kimchi mandu. The interior is old and cramped.
