Sogong-dong Ttukbaegijip Main Branch

Sogongdong Ttukbaegi Jip Main Branch is an old Korean restaurant in the underground arcade of the Nonghyup building, serving sundubu jjigae, jeyuk, and ojingeo bokkeum. The sundubu comes watery with one egg, and the stir-fried dishes have a charred, smoky flavor and sweetness. The restaurant has been running since the 1960s, and a wait can form at lunchtime. Four to five banchan are served, and the portions are on the small side.
