Sogong Bajirak Kalguksu

Sogong Bajirak Kalguksu is a noodle shop in Seoul that serves bajirak kalguksu near Myeongdong. The broth is boiled clear with clams and hwangtae, and thick, chewy handmade noodles are added; the dish can also be ordered as a set with gimbap. The kimchi is particularly good, and kongguksu is sold in summer. At lunchtime the shop fills with office workers from the surrounding area, making it hard to find a seat.
