Sobakiri Suz

Sobakirisuzu is a Japanese restaurant in Seoul that serves soba and tempura made with buckwheat noodles ground in-house. The Nishintoro soba contains herring and grated yam, while the kamojiru soba is flavored with grilled vegetables and duck broth. The herring in the herring soba is deboned before serving, and the tempura moriawase is fried with vegetable ingredients in batter. Reservations are accepted, and the tsuyu is served with moderate seasoning rather than being salty.
