Sinsung Sikdang

Sinseong Sikdang is a bossam restaurant in the back alleys behind City Hall Station in Seoul, serving gul bossam and bossam. The gul bossam comes with soft pork, oysters, and kimchi, and can be ordered alongside maesaengi tang, ganjaemi hoe muchim, and buchu jeon. At lunchtime there are no seats, and arriving late means a wait, with many group diners as well. The space is small, which makes eating there uncomfortable.
