Sindangyuk

Shindangyuk is a pork grill restaurant in Jungang Market in Sindang-dong, Seoul. It serves sets of samgyeopsal (pork belly), ogyeopsal, pork jowl, and pork collar, along with kimchi stew and jjamppong ramyeon that includes one red crab. Group seating is available on the second and third floors, while the fourth-floor rooftop currently seats eight and operates by reservation only. Side dishes are taken from the second-floor self-service bar after the first serving, and reaching the rooftop requires climbing a narrow, steep staircase.
