Sindangdong Kalguksu

Sindangdong Kalguksu is a Korean restaurant in Sindangdong, Seoul, serving kalguksu (knife-cut noodles), buckwheat cold noodles, and kimchi dumplings. Homemade yeolmu kimchi and napa cabbage kimchi are served as side dishes, and the kimchi dumplings have very thin wrappers. The buckwheat cold noodles come in chilled broth with dadaegi, while the naengmyeon (cold noodles) has a notably sweet taste. The kimchi dumpling filling contains crisp kimchi.
