Silbi Sikdang

Silbi Sikdang is an old restaurant inside Inhyeon Market in Chungmuro, Seoul, serving baekban and anju. Its signature dishes are daknalgae gui and gyeran dangmyeon bokkeum, which mix Chinese spices into Korean-style food. Arriving before 6 p.m. makes it easier to get a seat, and the daknalgae twigim comes as a plate of 12. After 6 p.m. seats fill quickly, so it is hard to sit down if you arrive late.
