Sigol Dwaeji Chon

Sigol Dwaeji Chon is an old pork restaurant in Euljiro that grills samgyeopsal, pork collar, and galmaegisal. The ossam bulgogi is eaten wrapped in lettuce or mixed with rice, alongside doenjang jjigae made with makjang and noodles to finish. Staff grill the meat and cut it with scissors, and as of 2021 the restaurant had been open for 24 years. Seating changed from floor cushions to tables, and ventilation is poor.
