Seunghwan Four Chicken

Seunghwannae Dakhanmari is a chicken restaurant at the end of an alley in Seoul, serving dakhanmari and dak maeuntang. The signature dakhanmari comes in a rich broth scented with garlic and pepper, with tender chicken and chewy wheat tteok, eaten dipped in a soy sauce with acidity. Orders are placed by the number of people, tteok sari is refilled without limit, and kalguksu noodles are provided free. Same-day reservations are taken only until 11:40 a.m., and a wait forms during lunch hours.
