Seudam

Sadam is a sushi restaurant near the park in front of Cheonggu Station Exit 3 in Seoul. It serves omakase, with sushi that is prepared and aged to suit each ingredient, including monkfish liver and abalone. Seating is limited to eight seats and reservations are required by phone, with dinner served in two seatings. The interior is not large.
