Seoul Katsu

Namsan Seoul Katsu is a tonkatsu restaurant near Chungmuro Station serving sirloin, tenderloin, menchi, and chicken katsu. The sirloin has fat attached for a chewy texture, while the tenderloin is aged for a soft bite, and each meal comes with yuja-flavored danmuji, gat kimchi, and a doenjang soup boiled with pork and vegetables. Cabbage, doenjang soup, and rice are refilled, and the restaurant serves through without a break time. At lunch, waiting and cooking delays mean food takes about 30 minutes to arrive.
