Seongshilhan Bueok is a pasta, risotto and pizza restaurant in the underground arcade of a new building on Cheonggyecheon-ro in Myeongdong, Seoul, near Euljiro by Cheonggyecheon. The ttukbaegi seafood pasta is mildly spicy, the bolognese has a lot of meat in the sauce, and salad and dessert come free. The lunch wait is not long. At lunch, each person must order one menu item.
