Seodaemun Gopchang

Seodaemun Gopchang is an old restaurant in Seoul that grills gopchang and daechang. It sits at the entrance of Inhyeon Market in Chungmuro and serves raw gopchang grilled directly without a preliminary cooking step, with sauce and bokkeumbap on the side. A two-person portion is large enough to lead into the bokkeumbap, and the staff grill the meat at the table and explain it. The gopchang is on the pricier side.
